The processing is carried out according to the London Dry style, through the distillation of an infusion of alcohol and botanicals in traditional stills or in a steam current, without the use of artificial flavors. In particular, for the distillation process, which takes place in small batches, a 250-liter copper still is used. The gin is finally packaged in a bottle designed by the Gin Terrae team and made of Italian artisanal paper and 100% recycled glass.
