The final result is a blend of grapes from as many as 40 parcels distributed over 8 municipalities in the Franciacorta production area.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Dosaggio Zero ‘33’ Riserva Franciacorta by Ferghettina is made exclusively with Chardonnay grapes grown at an average altitude of 250 meters above sea level on the morainic soils of Franciacorta. The harvest is done by hand around mid-August and the bunches are then gently pressed whole using a pneumatic press. Only the free-run must undergoes alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature controlled between 16 and 18 °C. After a short rest in steel, the assembly of the three sparkling bases is carried out, followed by refermentation in the bottle according to the Metodo Classico. \u003cstrong\u003eThe aging on the lees in glass lasts 84 months\u003c\/strong\u003e and the sparkling wine is finally subjected to disgorging and topping up with the same wine, thus without any dosage.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero Ferghettina Riserva ‘33’ has a beautiful golden yellow hue with fine and persistent bubbles. The aromatic bouquet opens with inviting scents of ripe fruit and candied citrus, enriched by refined perceptions of toasted dried fruit and yellow flowers and evocative hints of bakery.
